Interrupt driven serial I/O

This is an example rather than a library function, it shows how interrupt driven serial I/O can be implemented on any AVR that has a UART, it uses UDRE and RXC interrupt. This example also shows how to use the AVR-LibC printf(), scanf() and fdevopen() functions.
