NTSC Video Terminalbased on the original 16Mhz version

The code is an RS232 Video Terminal using a AVR 8515
as the core. The video and sync is software generated and
only 3 resistors are needed as hadware.
The Timer part of the software is the heart of the program
as all timing and video generation takes place here.
The Video RAM starts at $0100 and it's 256 bytes long.
