OK, I have updated the files to work with AVRStudio 4.12 and WinAVR-20060125.
Build completed successfull here, though I can't test it since I do not have a test board around anymore.
But it should still work (Hint: disable optimization because of timing)

Didn't work reliably
This library didn't work very reliably for me. Sometimes data from the PS/2 mouse could be received, sometimes not. I ended up coding the PS/2 routines from scratch myself.
Broken but hopefully a starting point
This code doesn't even compile! So much work went into this project it's a shame that it wasn't tested a little bit before dropping it of over here. I mean variables getting used that aren't declared, illegal macro names etc. I'm trying to make it work and will submit new code if I succeed.
