Simple VGA/Video terminal

Simplest VGA(20x20)/Video(38x20) monochrome adapter
At this project using single chip Mega16(Mega32, Mega8535) and several external resistors and diodes to forming full VGA/Video monochrome signal.
Data received via MCU UART at speed 19200 bps.
