Say SUPERFLY sounds very cool but can install it using my currently installed boot loader using AVR Studio or do I need to load/install it some other way?
AVR_Admin- 05-02-2006
The BootLoader you have now, that uses the Serial Port will not allow itself to be overwritten, so you need to use a parallel-port programmer or something like the STK500 to reprogram it.
Is that what you were asking? If the Bootloader that uses the AVR Prog and the serial port can be used to install a new bootloader?

Yes, that is what I was asking. Thanks!!
